In the following scenarios, if the item delivered to you is:
- Physically damaged or defective
- Varied from the description
- Wrongly delivered
- Wrong color
- Wrong style
- Wrong size
- Wrong quantity
We will replace the items with new items of your choice according to this policy.
To initiate a replacement for the product, the customer must send it to us via INDIA POST ONLY. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the replacement. We will also refund the amount charged by the post office to the customer. Please note that if the customer does not send the product through INDIA POST, we cannot reimburse the courier charges.
For replacement, please wait for a call from our executive. This will occur between 2 PM to 5 PM in the afternoon slot. If you fail to receive the call within these three hours, please inform us via WhatsApp.
If you have a size or fitting issue, you can self-ship the product within 7 days of delivery. For all replacements and returns, please email our customer care executive at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing your complete order details and the issues you’re facing. We will assist you in exchanging the original order with a new one of the same value.
Return – Terms & Conditions:
If you don’t want a replacement, we can offer you a credit note of the same amount, which can be used to purchase another product. The validity of the credit note is 1 year, and it can be used only once. Please note that the return will be initiated by the customer.
Additionally, we only accept returns through INDIA POST to avoid any lost shipments that may occur through normal couriers.
Customers can exchange or return their order within 7 days after delivery. The product should be unwashed, unused, and undamaged. Please return the product along with the original packaging. If there are no defects in the products as mentioned above, the customer will bear the courier charges for returning the product. To maintain strict hygiene standards for our products, we do not accept returns for Panties in Lingerie, Menstrual Cups, Tampons, Sanitary Pads, Period Panties, Contraceptives, and Intimate Wear. Items without tags will not be accepted for return, so please check your product thoroughly before removing the tag, as once it is cut, it cannot be returned.
The refund will be issued in the form of a discount code, which will be shared with the customer via their registered email address or WhatsApp number.
Note: We only provide replacement or exchange in color and size in bra segment, if the customer is willing to send the returned product from their end.
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, send an email to email@example.com from your registered email address, including your Order No. and the email ID used for the purchase. Once the cancellation request is made, it will take a maximum of 1-2 business days for us to process it.
After confirming the cancellation request, the entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which the order was made, within 4 to 7 days, depending on your bank’s policy. You will receive an email notification regarding the cancellation of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at our sole discretion and will inform you about our decision via your registered email address. In the event of such cancellation, you may choose to replace the order with a new one by making any additional payment, if applicable, or request a refund to your bank account.
An alternative method for order cancellation:
- Retrieve your order number from the confirmation email.
- Go to VibesGood/home.
- Click on ‘Cancel Order,’ enter your ‘order ID,’ and click on Cancel order.
We do not provide replacements for exchanges in color and size. However, if the customer is willing to send the returned product from their end, we can provide a replacement. Please note that this option is available only for returns initiated by the customer.
